Arise Return Policy
At Arise, we take pride in the quality of each piece of clothing we offer. If you have received the correct order but are unsatisfied with the item, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges within 21 days of receiving your purchase. Please read our return policy below for more details:
Complimentary Exchanges and Shipping:
Arise does not cover shipping expenses for refunds.
Shipping costs for store credit are not covered by Arise.
We happily offer free exchanges, inclusive of shipping expenses for the exchanged item(s).
Once we receive the returned item, the processing of your exchange or return will be completed within a span of 5 to 7 business days.
Returns for Refunds:
- Shipping costs for refunds are not covered by Arise.
- Products must be in an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original tags securely attached.
- Items displaying signs of wear are ineligible for money back refunds; instead, store credit will be issued.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- Arise does not cover shipping costs for store credit returns.
- Arise covers shipping expenses solely for EXCHANGES.
- The products you intend to return for exchange must be in an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and should be accompanied by their original packaging.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, kindly send us an email containing the following details:
- Order Number
- Name
- Email associated with the order
- Reason for return
Status of Your Return or Exchange:
For those who have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request via our online process, kindly allow a window of 5 to 7 business days for processing. Our team will send you an email to confirm the status of your request once processing is completed.
Incorrect Item:
If you've received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us at support@arisefight.com, including the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- A photograph of the incorrect item and packing list
Upon confirming the reception of the wrong item, we will generate a return label for you, ensuring that the correct item is shipped to you within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item:
In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@arisefight.com and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or replacement)
- A photograph displaying the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
