Start a Return or Exchange?

We offer FREE exchanges. We cover the shipping cost for all exchanges. For returns please go over to our return policy to get started.

What is the status of my Return or Exchange?

Returns and exchanges takes up to 5 - 7 business days to process. Once your return is processed our team will reach out to confirm with you.

Where's my package?

Arise is run by a small team and we ship all orders once it is processed (3 - 5 business days). Your tracking link will update as soon as your package is with the USPS or UPS.

Where's my order confirmation?

Sometimes we forget which email we used or even misspelled our emails. Rest assure, if you can't find your email in your spam folder, please email us at support@arisefight.com with your order number, please allow our team to respond within 12 hours.

Wrong Item delivered or missing item(s):

If we sent you the wrong order or is missing items in your order, please email us at support@arisefight.com with pictures of your packing slip and item. We will send the correct order out to you after confirmation.

Wrong shipping address at checkout?

It happens, email us at support@arisefight.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address, so we can adjust your shipment.

Tracking says delivered but it isn't here:

Mistakes are common when it comes to shipping carriers, they are overloaded with packages day in day out. We ask you to file a "lost" package claim with USPS or UPS prior to reaching out to us.
